| Prices | Every possible effort has been made to ensure that prices and product descriptions on this site are correct. |
| However manufacturers do occasionally alter prices and specifications beyond our control and we therefore reserve the right to amend prices and details where necessary. | |
| Refunds | Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving goods. |
| Returns | Stock only items can be returned, for a refund, if Silvermans Office Furniture are notified within 10 days of receiving your goods. If notified outside of the 10 days then the credit can be issued to be used against a future order at our discretion.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition. Silvermans Office Furniture reserves the right to charge an administration fee for cancelled / returned orders. |
| Special Orders | Made to order items are non refundable and non returnable.
Once the order is placed the items cannot be cancelled. |
| V.A.T | All prices shown exclude V.A.T at the current rate (20%). |
| Cancelled | Cancellation of standard stock items must be made in writing. |
